Do you have many dreams at night or few?
Are you dreams colored or black and white?
Do you remember your dreams when you wake up?

It's crazy how unique each dream is. Each person has a unique dream every single night. Different scenarios, different characters, different emotions, different meanings.
Experts say we forget 95% of our dreams when we wake up. They typically last 20 minutes long.
However, experts also say the majority of the greatest inventions start in dream form.

So, what about a dream we have for our tangible life?
Most of us have dreams.

What ever the dream, lets look at what the bible says about it:
Acts 2:17 - And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams;
Proverbs 21:5 - The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.
Phillipians 4:8 - Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
2 Chronicles 15:7 - But you, take courage! Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded.
God is in the business of blessing His children. But you must commit your work, job, relationships, etc. to Him. He will bless what glorifies Him.
So should we have dreams, plans, goals, and aspirations of our own? Absolutely.
However, we must be flexible enough to allow God to mold those to what will be the most effective in growing the kingdom.
Just as Jesus said in Mark 14 and Luke 22: "Father, not my will but yours be done."
Dreams are important for vision and faith for the future. They open our eyes to see possibilities. They show us that there is more out there. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
Your dream/faith is imperative to growing the kingdom. But how much greater can it be if you allow God to mold it into something out of this world?
